Complete our standard application and follow these easy steps to reserve the home of your choice!

• Download and print the Rental Application, then completely fill ALL FORMS in ink.
• Review and sign attached Qualifying Criteria and Screening Report Authorization Notice.

Once you've completed the application, we welcome you to bring it to Scripps Landing's leasing office, fax to us at 858-586-1382, or email to scrippslanding@hgfenton.com. Please contact one of our Leasing Managers to select the apartment home of your choice and we will prepare a Reservation for your selected home.

What do I need to bring with me when I go to rent an apartment?

• Check, money order, or cashier's check for the deposit (only $100 to reserve an apartment home) and application fee ($35 per applicant).
• We also now accept Visa or Mastercard for application fees and holding deposits.
• Proof of income. Please reference the "Income" section of the "Resident Selection Criteria" document attached to the application describing options for income verification required.
